Here is the snow plow I built for $285 including a #2000 Warn winch for the lift.
I bought a used garden tractor blade for $40.  I then reinforced it and added a sheet of stainless steel I picked up for $20.  The winch was bought on line for $180.
The steel for the lift hinge cost $15.  It also keeps the blade from moving side to side.
The push tube mounts on the ball hitch.  The hitch was picked up at Wal-Mart for $10
The push tube is made out of 2 pieces of 1-1/2"x2" angle iron welded together.  It cost $20.
The Warn switch came with the winch
Just a picture of having fun.
Below is a picture of the plow off the ATV.
Below is the plow on it's side.  The blue strap holds the lever for the lever for the pivot in place.
You can see some weights I bolted on the blade to assist in scraping.
Below is a shot of how I welded the bush bar to the pivot plate.
Here is the bracket bolted onto the front of the ATV.   The hinge just hooks into the pipe with a pin.  I left a space between the pipe and the bracket so some day I can make a place for the winch cable to go through in case I need it to pull me out backwards.
